I am an experienced Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor.
I work as private practitioner in North and Central London and in Borehamwood. I offer short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy depending on your needs and difficulties.

I work from an integrative perspective, combining Existential-Phenomenology with Psychodynamic principles.
I also offer short term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for mild to moderate mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression.
My comprehensive and diverse training and experience enable me to work with a wide range of difficulties and tailor therapy to your individual needs.
I have a special interest in transgenerational trauma and women’s health and have been working with women during the transition into motherhood, women who experienced difficulties conceiving or experienced pregnancy loss.
I am also interested in immigration and identity, and in working with individuals who experience difficulties
to form and maintain intimate relationships with others.
Additionally I offer clinical supervision and I have been teaching and supervising counselling psychology and psychotherapy students at Regent’s University and the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
My approach to therapy is open, direct and non-judgmental with a compassionate and nurturing attitude.
The process of therapy offers an opportunity to explore your life more closely and to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your difficulties. As we discuss and talk about these difficulties together, you will begin to find new ways of tackling them and reaching resolutions that could open up new ways for change and moving forward.
